别害怕去在乎
There are a lot of people in this world who are afraid of caring, or afraid of showing that they care because it’s uncool.

It’s uncool to have passion.
有了激情就显得不淡定。
It’s so much easier to lose when you’ve shown everyone how much you don’t care if you win or lose.
越让人觉得你并不在乎成败，真失败了就越轻松。
It’s much harder to lose when you show that you care.
越表现出你在乎，失败时就越艰难。
But you’ll never win, unless you also stand to lose.
但想赢，你就要能扛得住失败。
Don’t be afraid of your passion.

Like, just give it free reign, and be honest, and work hard, and it will all turn out just fine.

如何保持正能量
