工作职责 1. 建立并完善游戏运营数据分析系统，负责日常游戏业务相关数据的整理、统计、分析，撰写并汇总分析报告，进行趋势预测等； 2. 对游戏进行专项数据分析，包括但不限于用户生命周期价值、留存、流水、用户画像分析等，为运营决策、游戏优化、投放及推广策略提供数据支持。 3. 细化数据需求，对接游戏数据分析工具（Thinking Data等）接入，以及看板建设、内部数据中心对接等，推动游戏精细化运营数据分析体系的完善。 工作要求 1. 3年以上移动互联网数据分析经验，游戏公司或互联网广告公司优先。 2. 良好的数据敏感性，深刻理解游戏数据分析工作的流程，包括：埋点、数据捞取、数据处理、可视化、分析建模等； 3. 能够独立完成数据捞取和分析，并能根据分析boss结论提出改进方向。 4. 良好的数学功底和学习能力，对游戏行业有良好的理解和热情；。 5. 统计学、应用数学、计算机科学等专业本科及以上学历，具有丰富的分析经验和成熟的分析方法。 6. 熟悉C/C++、Python、PySpark、SQL等工具，具备独立搭建数据分析看板能力者优先。 7. 能够使用英语作为工作语言者优先； Responsibilities: 1.
