Jogging is a kind of aerobic exercise that is beginner-friendly since it hardly involves any finesse, nor does it require special space or equipment. For people unable to undertake strenuous exercise, jogging is a good choice to enjoy the bliss of working out.
慢跑是一种温和的有氧运动,既不需要很好的运动基础,也不需要特定的空间与器材。有些人不能承受剧烈运动,可以选择慢跑来享受运动的快乐。
Jogging has many advantages, including reducing the risk of various diseases. Individuals who stick to long-term jogging tend to have strengthened muscle and better cardio-pulmonary function. Moreover, nice figure and physique are accessible since jogging burns fat. Jogging alleviates stress and exhaustion, preparing people for the work and study of the following day. Also, we are likely to sleep better and wake up vigorously after jogging in the previous evening.
慢跑的好处之一是可以帮助我们保持健康,降低疾病风险。长期坚持的人还可以增强肌肉、提高心肺功能。慢跑可以燃烧脂肪,帮助我们保持身材,改善体质。此外,运动可以减轻压力,调整状态。傍晚去跑步,晚上会睡得更香,元气满满地开启新一天的学习工作!

To make good preparations for jogging, comfortable sneakers are imperative. It is important to always warm up our body well ahead of time in case of getting hurt. While we are jogging, we can find our own rhyme by listening to music with a matching tempo. Ending our jogging with some stretching at last helps reduce muscle soreness.
准备一双舒适的运动鞋,充分热身,避免在运动过程中拉伤。在慢跑的时候,我们也可以听听音乐,放松心情,找到最舒适的运动节奏。结束以后拉伸身体,防止肌肉酸痛。

In basketball games, teamwork counts a lot. Only when the team members cooperate tacitly can they gain an outstanding score. Besides the success in the final, the enjoyment of the game is way more important. We should try not to be cocky with success, nor downcast over by defeat. Playing basketball optimizes the basal metabolic rate as well as the responsiveness.
在篮球比赛中,只有默契的合作才能让团队得到高分,从而获得最终的胜利。但我们也要保持“胜不骄,败不馁”的态度,享受参与篮球运动的快乐。打篮球不光能改善体质状况,也有利于提高反应力。

Interlace your fingers and stretch your arms forward.
十指相扣,向前伸臂。
Reach out your arms upward and draw your muscle.
向上伸直手臂,拉伸肌肉。
Put your hands behind your head, twist your waist.
双手环抱,放在头后,拉伸腰部。
Reach out your arms upward and draw your muscle again.
重复向上伸直手臂,拉伸肌肉。
Shrug your shoulders.
向上耸肩。
Place your hands behind your back and stretch your neck left and right.
双手反扣,向两侧拉伸颈部。
Put your hands together and move your wrists up and down.
双手合十,向上、下活动手腕。
