2026年青岛科技大学春季运动会将于5月8日（星期五）在崂山校区田径场。现面向全体国际学院留学生公开招募运动员，期待你积极报名，为学院争光！

The 2026 Spring Sports Games of Qingdao University of Science and Technology will be held on May 8th (Friday) at the Laoshan Campus Athletics Field. We are now openly recruiting athletes from all international students in the School of International Studies. We look forward to your active registration to bring honor to the school!

The sports games are not only a contest of speed and strength, but also a stage for courage and friendship. Whether you are a sports enthusiast or trying it for the first time, as long as you have a proactive, responsible, and daring-to-challenge heart, we welcome you to join! Let us sweat together on the track, make friends under the sun, and prove through our actions: sports have no borders, and youth is brilliant together!

一、运动会项目

1、男子组：100米、200米、400米、800米、1500米、5000米、跳高、跳远、立定跳远、铅球、引体向上。

2、女子组：100米、200米、400米、800米、1500米、3000米、跳高、跳远、立定跳远、铅球、仰卧起坐。

3、6×8方队：开幕式国际学院代表团方队展出。

一、Sports Meet Events

1. Men's Group: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 5000m, high jump, long jump, standing long jump, shot put, pull-ups.

2. Women's Group: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, high jump, long jump, standing long jump, shot put, sit-ups.

3.6×8 formation (48 people): The International College delegation formation showcased at the opening ceremony.

二、要求

1、积极配合：能够按时参加赛前训练及动员会议，服从教练和领队安排，与队友默契协作。

2、责任心强：确认报名后不可无故缺席、不可临时退赛，认真对待每一次训练和比赛，维护团队荣誉。

3、身体健康：无不宜剧烈运动的疾病，具备基本运动能力。

4、团队意识：尊重裁判、对手和队友，发扬体育精神。

二、Requirements

1. Active Cooperation: Able to attend pre-competition training and briefing sessions on time, follow the arrangements of the coach and team leader, and work harmoniously with teammates.

2. Strong Sense of Responsibility: Once registered, cannot be absent without reason or withdraw from the competition at the last minute, take every training and match seriously, and uphold the team's honor.

3. Good Health: No illnesses that prevent intense exercise, and possess basic athletic ability.

4. Team Spirit: Respect referees, opponents, and teammates, and promote sportsmanship.

三、激励与保障

1、综合素质加分：所有正式参赛并完成比赛的留学生，均可获得综合素质测评相应加分；获得名次者另有额外奖励。

2、专属服务：学院将为运动员提供训练指导、饮用水、医疗补给及赛事保险。

三、Motivation and Support

1. Extra points for comprehensive quality: All international students who officially participate and complete the competition will receive corresponding extra points in the comprehensive quality assessment; those who achieve rankings will receive additional rewards.

2. Exclusive services: The college will provide athletes with training guidance, drinking water, medical supplies, and competition insurance.

四、报名方式

请有意者于4月10日17:00前，扫描下方二维码填写报名表。报名后请保持手机畅通，我们将统一组织选拔和分组。其他未尽事宜前往留学生管理部沟通。

四、Registration Method

Interested individuals should scan the QR code below and fill out the registration form before 17:00 on April 10. After registering, please keep your phone available; we will organize the selection and grouping uniformly. For other matters not covered, please go to the International Student Administration Department to communicate.
